Assessment Settings: Restrict starting an assessment in mobile/tablet devices

Assessments with question types Typing, coding, and file upload are challenging to use on mobile devices. We now show a warning that assessment should be taken on the desktop. A customer has requested we provide settings that restrict candidates from starting an assessment on any mobile/tablet devices.
