Add reference check section

We need a section tha Automate our reference check collection,to recieve receive verified, benchmarked references at scale. We should be able to choose what we want to learn about a candidate, and who we want to learn it from.
Hipeople has a fantastic reference checker and it would be great if Testlify can include something like that
